Billing questions.
How is Quant X priced?
Per desk. The tiers below describe what you get; the number depends on the instruments, the account size and the seats you need, so we quote it with you rather than publish a list price. Downgrade, upgrade or cancel any time from Settings.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (the Loaded library installs the same night — it invents from your first upgraded run). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your vault and your own research cards travel with you across tiers.
If I downgrade from Loaded, do I lose the library?
The curated library pauses (no new curated cards or updates), but strategies it already bred stay yours, and every card you added from your own research remains active.
Do I need to pay for market data separately?
Research and validation feeds are bundled in every tier. For live execution, your platform (NinjaTrader, MetaTrader 5 or TradingView) uses its own data connection — any exchange data fees there are between you and your broker, as normal.
Is there a lifetime or annual option?
Annual billing is available on request. If you run a trading desk or a prop firm and want volume or whitelabel terms, contact us — Desk is the floor, not the ceiling.
